  • The postcode is SW17 8RP. I will provide the exact address once you have booked your appointment.

  • It may be possible for me to hold your appointment in Herne Hill. Please get in touch via email if you would prefer this. Please note that your appointment here would not be in a studio setting, it would be in my flat that I share with 2 others.

  • In some circumstances I will do fittings at people’s homes, however, I will not come to your house if I have not met you first.

  • That is totally fine! Get in touch and come for a consultation - there is no pressure to commit to buying! If you would prefer, email me and I can give you a call to discuss prior to a consultation.

  • Firstly please bring the garments you would like me to alter.

    It is helpful for you to wear or bring with you the underwear, shoes and other garments that you tend to wear with the item you want altering.

  • Please wear close-fitting clothes so I can take accurate measurements. If you have a garment such as a pair of trousers that you really like the fit of, please bring them along as well.

    If you have any fabric samples, pictures or design inspiration feel free to bring these along to show me.

  • Each item has a slightly different lead time (specified on the individual item page) but in general it is 3-6 weeks.

  • Whilst I strive to make every item perfect for you, you can return your made to measure item within 30 days as long as it is in its original packaging and unworn.

  • I cannot offer refunds on bespoke pieces as they are made especially for you and therefore cannot be re-sold. If for some reason it is not fitting how you like after wearing for a couple of weeks, then please get in touch and I will alter it for you free of charge.

  • Shipping is free on items above £60 to the UK.

    For items under £60 shipping is £7 within the UK.

    I can ship alterations and finished bespoke garments. For alterations, this must be agreed at the appointment so that appropriate payment can be taken.
